Terms: Credit is applied once per child and is non-transferable. Screening credits are valid for 60 calendar days (8 weeks) from the date of the screening appointment. Credits expire automatically after 60 days and cannot be extended.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full screening fee. No-show appointments are charged the full screening fee.
This appointment is not eligible for insurance forms or letters.
Screening does not replace a full standardized assessment.
No diagnosis, treatment plan, formal scoring, or report is provided.
If immediate concerns are identified, the clinician may recommend booking a full evaluation sooner than the 60-day window.

Oral Restrictions Journey
Questions about tongue or lip ties? Your journey begins with a comprehensive, team-based evaluation to understand the full picture of your feeding concerns, your child’s oral motor skills, and their overall development. During your evaluation, you will be seen by an IBCLC, an OT and a Pediatric Dentist.
**At this time, we are seeing infants on MONDAY mornings.**

In-Clinic Lactation Support
In-clinic evaluation for challenges with breastfeeding, latching, milk transfer, supply, bottle-feeding, pumping and more.
In-Home Lactation Support
Private, in-home lactation evaluation providing hands-on support for breastfeeding, latching, milk transfer, supply, bottle-feeding, pumping and more.
*There is an additional Travel Fee of $1 per kilometre each way outside of 15km from IBCLC’s primary location of Newmarket
Virtual Lactation Support
**Book this service only after you have completed an Initial Lactation Evaluation**
Parent Consultation
One-on-one meetings (no child present) to help you understand your child’s unique developmental, emotional, and sensory profile. You’ll leave with personalized recommendations for your child’s routines at home, daycare, or school, and recommendations for any further supports if needed.
*For 45-min On-Site Parent Consultations, there is an additional Travel Fee of $1/km each way outside of 15km from clinic address
